Terms and conditions of use

1. Service Identification

  • Platform: HOGAR CUBANO 360 operates as an intermediary digital platform connecting authorized Cuban suppliers with local and diaspora customers.

  • Suppliers: All products are supplied by registered Cuban enterprises (SMEs/state-owned) complying with quality regulations.

2. Purchase Methods

Two operating systems:

Key notes:

  • Reserved products held for 72 hours. After this period: restocked without refund.

  • Identification: Mandatory presentation of original Cuban Identity Card (copies/photos not accepted).


3. Product Policy

  • Origin: All items (food, technology, combos) come from verified local suppliers.

  • Liability:

    • HOGAR CUBANO 360 does not manufacture products; acts as sales channel.

    • Quality complaints must be directed to original supplier (we provide contact details).

  • 360 Combos: Contents subject to supplier availability. Non-modifiable.


4. In-Store Pickup

  • Requirements:

    • Beneficiary/Buyer: Present Reservation code + Physical Cuban Identity Card.

    • Authorization: If collected by third party: signed letter + beneficiary's ID copy.

  • Verification:

    • Inspect products BEFORE leaving store.

    • No post-pickup claims for unreported damages in delivery report.


5. Returns

Process:

  1. Report at store with invoice + product in original packaging.

  2. Supplier verification (max. 5 business days).

  3. Options: Replacement or refund (for international payments).


6. Liability Limitation

  • Suppliers: We don't control manufacturing defects or real-time stock (online inventory is indicative).

  • Force Majeure: Not liable for delays caused by:

    • Supplier shortages

    • Weather events

    • Government restrictions

  • Data: Errors in pickup information (name/ID) void delivery responsibility.


7. Privacy

  • Collected Data: Full name, Cuban ID number, email, phone (only for order processing).

  • Suppliers: Share only necessary data with suppliers for order preparation (e.g., beneficiary's name and ID).
